Process

Our process at Living-Stones is simple but dynamic. From our first contact with our clients our goal is to get to know them personally. We want to build a personal relationship with our clients. It is really important for us to know their likes and dislikes, their expectations and their creative flare. We need to know the best way to communicate with each other and how to support them from the design phase to the final inspection.

We are ever mindful that each project comes with a special dream and expectation. Working with our design team we not only get a clear picture of the project, but we often provide insights and architectural suggestions that bring the home or commercial project from “good” to “great”. Our community is important to us so we want every project to be a legacy and future heritage site.

Once the project has been designed and properly reflects the architectural flare of our clients, the next stage is looking after the city permits and site preparation requirements. When the foundation has been dug, the real fun begins. Our clients get to see their home or commercial building begin to take shape. Client involvement and constant communication through out the building phase is essential. It is at this stage clients see how architectural details can be added in a timely manner without disrupting the building schedule or causing unnecessary expenses. When it comes time to turn the home or building over to our clients, our goal to have it look even better than they imagined. Exceeding expectations is important for legacy and community building.
