Design Process

Our design team and on-site supervisors are experts in their fields and are known for their attention to detail and commitment to excellence.  They take the mystery and anxiety out of designing and building.

They spend time building a personal relationship with clients getting to know their likes, dislikes and expectations.   This relationship building  provides important insights when it comes to assisting them with articulating their vision.

Working with design specialists, concept drawings and plans begin to take shape.  As architectural details begin to appear on the drawings, a much clearer picture of the project begins to emerge.  It is at this stage our draftsmen begin to produce three-dimensional representations of the project.

Pictures of the building site and its surroundings are also entered into the design program.  Clients are then able to see and even tour the building in a virtual world. They get to see what their home/building will look like complete with virtual views from each of the rooms.

The design process does not end until the final inspection has been completed.  As the building begins to take shape, we meet with our clients regularly to give updates and do site inspections.  It is important to us that our clients have the opportunity to make changes through out the build process.  Many creative flares become more evident as the building begins to take shape.
